Match Meeting Attendance Fee: For in-person attendance by a consultant in the Kanto area – ¥10,000 per meeting (transportation fee not included).

Fee Details

  • Admission Fee — Covers administrative processing at the time of enrollment.
  • Registration Fee — Covers the creation of your profile and registration in our matchmaking system.
  • Monthly Fee — Includes counsellor support, system maintenance, data management, and system usage.
  • Match Meeting Fee — Covers the arrangement and coordination of a meeting with your potential match.
  • Success Fee — A performance-based fee payable upon a successful match leading to marriage.

Cooling-Off Policy

Members may cancel their contract within 8 days, including the day of signing, under the cooling-off system. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.

Please note: Upon enrollment, members are required to submit the necessary identification and supporting documents.
Membership approval is subject to screening based on our company’s enrollment criteria.

Mid-Term Cancellation

Even after the cooling-off period, members may cancel their contract for future services at any time (mid-term cancellation).

If you wish to cancel, please notify us — we will guide you through the withdrawal process in writing.

Please note that once services have been provided, the admission and support fees are non-refundable.

Monthly fees will no longer be charged from the month following your cancellation.

Contract Termination by the Agency

To ensure a safe and trustworthy environment for all members, the agency reserves the right to terminate a contract if any of the following actions are confirmed:

  • Conduct or behaviour contrary to public order and morals.
  • False information or misrepresentation at the time of registration.
  • Disclosure of another member’s personal information to external parties or third persons
